Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of the products and our business there are No Refunds.

Credit for an exchange of hair or other products could be granted based on the circumstances of the issue. 
* If granted, returns must be mailed out within 3 Business days of package delivery to be accepted. Returns are paid for by the customer.

Hair That has been unraveled, colored, or tampered with cannot be returned or would not qualify as a returned item for store credit.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Order processing can take up to  1-2 business days. Most cases, God's willing, we are able to ship your order same day if the order is placed before the cut off time of 12PM EST.

* You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. 
* With USPS If You are located in the USA, or Caribbean, your package will arrive in 2-4 business days.

*Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 Delivery to International countries
*Delivery to countries outside of the USA or Caribbean can take up to 3-5 business days.
